RETURNS

To initiate a return, please email us at refashionpghllc@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Items must be undamaged and returned within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

Once your return is approved, we will email you a return label that you need to print. Please securely repackage all items, attach the label, and drop the package off at your local USPS location. Be sure to note the tracking number and email it to us. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Partial refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase once we receive the returned item. Please note that refunds will not be issued until the item is returned. At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
